Address and mail
Always take care to ensure that you give the correct postal address and email address in your order.

If the email address you provide is incorrect, you will not receive the downlink link that will be necessary to access the knitting instructions 

Order confirmation
Upon order completion you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have given.

If you do not receive this order confirmation, please contact us at info@knitaround.de.

Payment
knit a round accepts payment with Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, and PayPal.

All given prices on the website are incl. VAT.
Prices on the website are shown in EUR (€).

Payments to knit.a.round are processed through a secure payment server that encrypts all information using an SSL protocol, which means that your data is safe and secure and cannot be read or accessed by third parties.

Delivery
Patterns will be sent as PDF-files to your mail. Always take care to ensure that you give the correct email address in your order.

Right of complaint
Platform for online dispute resolution of the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show. The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in online dispute resolutions on alternative platforms.

Consumer protection

Reservations
We make reservations for any errors in pricing, printing, typing, for out-of-stock items and for any changes in VAT and tax rules.
